Depending on your location and the size of your order, we may use standard, expedited, or express shipping services.

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Custom Orders/Commissions: For custom artwork and commissions, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workload. Estimated timelines will be provided upon confirmation of your order, and you will receive updates throughout the creation and shipping process.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order as well as your shipping destination. During checkout, the total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees may include handling charges and packaging fees to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • International Orders: International shipping times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times range from 10 to 21 business days for most international orders.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or shipping carrier issues. Dotytopin Paintings Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

5. International Shipping

Dotytopin Paintings Studio offers international shipping to most countries. If you are located outside of the United States, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers ordering from outside the U.S. are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not included in the shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking

7. Packaging

We take extra care in packaging all artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and packaged in a sturdy box or tube, depending on the size and type of artwork. We also provide tracking to ensure that you can follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you have an alternative address for shipping, please use that to complete your order.

9. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasionally issues can arise. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@dotytopin.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for either a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

10. Address Changes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before your order ships.

11. Shipping Restrictions

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund based on the condition of the item.
  • Lost Items: In the event your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the item cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
