Refund & Return Policy

At Dotytopin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ Custom or personalized artwork is non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dotytopin.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo evidence (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or faulty.

  • We will email you when your refund is processed.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
